1. Commercial SaaS Agreement & Scope
These Terms of Service ("Agreement") constitute a binding commercial agreement between VOICHE ("VOICHE", "we", "us") and the individual or enterprise entity ("Customer", "you") accessing or utilizing the VOICHE platform, APIs, or website.
2. Mandatory Voice Ownership & Anti-Deepfake Protocol
Zero Tolerance for Non-Consensual Voice Synthesis:
You represent, warrant, and covenant that you possess the full legal right, title, and authority to provide the vocal calibration audio. You may only calibrate models of your own authentic voice.
Strictly prohibited activities include:
- Uploading audio of third parties (celebrities, colleagues, public figures) without documented legal authorization.
- Generating deceptive, fraudulent, or defamatory speech.
- Attempting to bypass security safeguards or rate limiting.
Calibrating a voice profile from a voice that is not your own without documented authorization, and fraudulent use, are the most serious breaches of these terms and may result in permanent account termination and referral to the relevant authorities.
3. What You Can Ask Us To Say
Voiche produces audio in a real person’s voice, which is why we are stricter about scripts than a text tool would be. Scripts submitted for synthesis are automatically screened, and we will refuse to generate audio containing:
- Sexually explicit content.
- Slurs directed at a person or group.
- Threats of violence against a person.
Ordinary strong language is fine.
This is a rehearsal tool. People practise best-man speeches, difficult conversations at work, stand-up material and lines from plays, and everyday swearing is part of that. We do not screen for it and we do not record it.
When a script is refused, nothing is charged and no audio is produced. We record that a refusal happened — its category and the time — but never the text itself. Repeated refusals may lead to your account being suspended after review by a person; we do not suspend accounts automatically, because an automated screen can misread a legitimate rehearsal script.

4. Intellectual Property Allocation
- Customer Ownership: As between Customer and VOICHE, Customer retains sole and exclusive ownership of all right, title, and interest in and to Customer's original voice recordings, speech scripts, and practice audio takes.
- Platform Ownership: VOICHE retains all right, title, and interest in the VOICHE software, cadence algorithms, speech analysis models, and user interface.
- No Training License: VOICHE receives no right to use Customer audio to train commercial foundational models or third-party datasets.
5. Commercial Terms, Billing & Cancellations
- Free ($0): Provides 50 starter practice credits, 1 calibrated voice profile, unlimited recording takes, and YouTube & text script import, at zero cost, no credit card required.
- Daily Practice ($7/mo or $55/yr): Provides 100 monthly practice credits, every delivery style, full-script batch generation, unlimited recording takes, and everything in the Starter tier.
- Pro ($19/mo or $149/yr): Provides 300 monthly practice credits, 1 calibrated voice profile, every delivery style, full-script batch generation, downloadable master take audio, custom pause and breath timing, and everything in Daily Practice.
- Executive ($39/mo or $299/yr): Provides 1,000 monthly practice credits — our highest-volume tier — priority email support, and everything in Pro.
- Credit Booster Packs: On-demand non-expiring credit booster packs ($9 for 100 credits, $24 for 300 credits, $59 for 800 credits). Purchased credits never expire while your account exists.
- Annual Billing: Annual plans are billed once for the year at the price shown above, which is a discount of roughly 35% against paying monthly for twelve months. Annual credit allowances are granted monthly across the year rather than in full on day one.
- Cancel Anytime: Subscriptions can be canceled at any time in 1 click through the self-service billing portal without penalty. Cancellation stops future charges; the current billing period runs to its end and is not prorated.
- No Refunds: All purchases — subscriptions, renewals and credit packs — are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable consumer law. Credits are consumed as audio is generated; a generation that fails is not charged. If you believe you were charged in error, contact [email protected] within 7 days and we will review it.
- Chargebacks: Disputing a legitimate charge with your card issuer instead of contacting us may result in suspension of the account until the dispute is resolved.
- Pricing Changes: We may change prices or credit allowances with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next billing period.
6. Warranty Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
VOICHE provides the service on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VOICHE disclaims all warranties of any kind. IN NO EVENT SHALL VOICHE'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY CUSTOMER IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which VOICHE is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree to first raise any dispute with us at [email protected] and to attempt in good faith to resolve it for 30 days before starting any formal proceeding. Nothing in this section limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law where you live.
