Voice Data Deletion

We honor deletion requests in line with GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and BIPA. Two ways to delete your data, below.

Delete Your Account (Self-Service, Instant)

No need to contact support for this part:

  1. Log into your VOICHE Studio.
  2. Open Settings from the top navigation bar.
  3. Go to the Security & Auth tab.
  4. Type DELETE into the confirmation field.
  5. Click Delete Permanently.
What happens immediately: Every voice recording, generated audio file, and cloned voice sample is permanently deleted from storage. Your subscription is canceled. Your account is deactivated and you can no longer log in with it.
What's retained: Your account record and associated history rows are kept, disassociated from your original email address, rather than removed outright — this supports things like billing records and abuse prevention. If you want those fully removed too, use the request below.

To have your remaining account records fully erased — not just deactivated — email us directly:
